Commitment to Literacy
Allegheny County Executive Dan Onorato has teamed up with Comcast and Read ! 365, a campaign of Beginning with Books, to promote the importance of reading to children everyday. Onorato is one of the fathers featured in an ON DEMAND story time series.
The Celebration of Dads series features other notable fathers, including: Pittsburgh Steelers Offensive Lineman Max Starks; Fatherhood Magazine Editor Anwan Wesley; Hill House Executive Director Evan Frazier; and Beginning with Books Executive Director Keith Kondrich. Comcast customers will find the story time series under the Your Town section of ON DEMAND.
