The Department of Real Estate has a fax service that allows users to order and receive copies of recorded documents without visiting the office. All fax account users must be Draw Down Account customers.
- $10.00 fee for any document
The requirements to establish a Fax Draw Down Account are:
- A letter, on your company letterhead, requesting the establishment of a Fax Draw Down Account
- A signed Draw Down Account Agreement providing authorized user name(s), ID(s) and password(s).
- A deposit to maintain Draw Down Account balance. (This deposit must accompany the Draw Down Account Agreement.)
