How to Become a Registered Supplier

Allegheny County's Division of Purchasing & Supplies uses an electronic bid distribution system which replaced the hardcopy bidders list maintained in the office. If you would like your company to be considered for future Requests for Bid (RFB), Requests for Proposal (RFP) or Requests for Quote (RFQ) please register with the system and identify what goods / commodities you sell through the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) code.
