Council Members Jan Rea and Jim Burn plan to honor Director leaving North Hills Community Outreach

PITTSBURGH – Allegheny County Council Members Jan Rea and Jim Burn have issued the following statement on the departure of Fay Morgan, Director of the North Hills Community Outreach (NHCO), a nonprofit that serves those in need:

“We know Fay to be a remarkable public servant. Under her leadership, the NHCO expanded its services to assist more families, created new ways to raise funds and added satellite offices. Her resume is replete with evidence of her capabilities, including twenty-plus years of experience leading the NHCO, a master’s degree in education from the University of Toledo, a certification in nonprofit management from Harvard Business School, and innumerable achievements which speak volumes about her dedication to the community. We would like to wish her the very best with her new position as CEO and president of the Passavant Foundation. We have no doubt that she will be successful in her new role. We look forward to thanking Fay for her service and honoring her for the significant impact she has made upon our county.”

Council Members Rea and Burn will present a proclamation honoring Fay Morgan at the next regular meeting of Council.
