Reginald B. Young Reginald B. Young is a Deputy Director in the Allegheny County Department Human Services responsible for the Office Of Community Services.  His office has four Bureaus: 1)  Housing Services for families and individuals facing homelessness; 2) Outreach and Prevention offering services at Family Support Centers and after school youth programs; 3) Family and Community Services which includes medical transportation and the Americorps program; and 4)  Employment Services for TANF Families and Seniors. The Office of Community Services is responsible for $65,500,000 in services assisting thousands of families and individuals. 

Prior to working for Allegheny County, he held several positions with the City of Pittsburgh, serving as Director of Parks and Recreation, Director of the City Parking Authority, City Treasurer, and Deputy Director in City Planning. He has served on the Pittsburgh Housing Authority Board, University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Board, United Way of Allegheny County Board, and the Pittsburgh Partnership Neighborhood Development.
