LGBTQ/SOGIE Community Training Team RFP
Due April 30, 2014

Allegheny County Department of Human Services has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to contract with interested, local community organizations or individuals to form a LGBTQ Community Training Team, which would be responsible for implementing an LGBTQ Train-the-Trainer curriculum across DHS’s child-serving systems.

 

Research and Evaluation Writers and Consultants
Due April 23, 2014 

On behalf of the Office of Data Analysis, Research and Evaluation, Allegheny County Department of Human Services (DHS) seeks experienced research and evaluation writers and consultants to support the DHS research agenda. Qualified consultants may then be selected for specific projects on an as needed basis. Responses are being sought from a diverse array of entities, including government organizations, educational institutions, non-profit or for-profit organizations and individuals. 


Decision Support Tools and Predictive Analytics in Human Services RFP 
Due April 18, 2014

The Allegheny County Department of Human Services (DHS) seeks to improve the delivery of services to its consumers by using data to improve decision making. Specifically, DHS is interested in ways in which workers can use data (currently collected) as a tool in making service decisions that best address the needs of consumers. In order to accomplish this goal, up to $1 million will be available to design and implement a system of decision-support tools and predictive analytics for human services. This work is being supported through a public/private partnership. DHS expects to make one to five awards as a result of this solicitation.

Business Intelligence and Small Scale Applications in Human Services RFQ

The Allegheny County Department of Human Services (DHS) seeks qualified applicants able to build custom business intelligence and programmatic applications to improve the delivery of services to DHS consumers as well as to provide occasional broader IT consultation. Qualified applicants may then be selected for specific projects. Innovative solutions are being sought from a diverse array of entities, including government organizations, educational institutions, non-profit or for-profit organizations and individuals.
