Second Annual Project Prom 5K

Scheduled for June 6, 2015. Thanks to all who participated in the 2014 Project Prom 5K.  The funds we raised will be used to purchase much-needed formal items for students in need.

  • We want to make sure every student arrives at the prom in style
  • This fun-filled 5K will help us raise the funds we need to purchase jewelry, plus-sized gowns, tuxedo-rental gift certificates and other items
  • Participants are invited to run, walk, stroll or roll to the finish line

Thanks to all who participated in the Gown Giveaway!  It was a wonderful success again this year! 

Project Prom Shop, Century III Mall above the Food Court (Get directions)

  • Open to all eligible students  Learn more 
  • No pre-registration required   
  • Each guest can try on and choose a free gown and accessories for the special night
  • Guests are helped by a personal shopper
  • Volunteers are welcomed to help set up the Shop and work on Giveaway day  Learn more

Project Prom Public Sale

Thanks to all who visited the Project Prom Shop.  The funds we raised will be used to purchase much-needed formal items. 

Project Prom Shop, Century III Mall above the Food Court (Get directions)

  • The public is welcome to purchase gowns and accessories
  • All items are new or gently used, clean and currently styled
  • Items are priced at $25 or less


Project Prom for Gentlemen

Completed for 2014. Thanks to all who participated in Project Prom for Gentlemen.

  • Registration is closed
  • Open to all eligible students (limited seating, registration required) Learn more  
  • Guests enjoy a formal catered meal
  • A certified etiquette coach will provide a refresher course on table manners
  • Guests are reminded how to treat their date with dignity and respect
  • Guests learn to tie different tie knots
  • Guests are measured for a tuxedo
  • Guest receive a free tuxedo rental from Tuxedo Junction 
  • Volunteer mentors are welcomed to attend Learn more
