OCS* Self-Sufficiency Programs

If you

  • are an Allegheny County resident, living outside the City of Pittsburgh
  • live in a household whose total income is no more than 125% of the Federal Income Poverty Guidelines and
  • are at least 18 years old

you may qualify for a variety of services to help you become more self-sufficient.
