Master Provider Enterprise Repository
Master Provider Enterprise Repository (link to MPER application)
The Master Provider Enterprise Repository (MPER) is a robust, comprehensive system which all DHS staff and providers are required to use to keep all agency, facility and service information up to date.
Requesting that a provider be entered into MPER
Every DHS-contracted provider must be included in the DHS Master Provider Enterprise Respository. Completing the Request for Provider-Vendor Set-up in MPER form is required.
Information-Systems-Access Request (ISAR) Form
The DHS ISAR eCAPS MPER HMIS form must be completed, signed and submitted by any provider required to have access to eCAPS and/or MPER. Authorized providers must also read and accept the terms of the ISAR policy. Instructions for completing the ISAR eCAPS MPER HMIS form
It is important for every DHS-contracted provider to keep agency information contained in the DHS Master Provider Enterprise Repository (MPER) current at all times.
Making MPER updates
Aside from a fiscal monitoring tool, the DHS Master Provider Enterprise Repository (MPER) is the DHS source for agency contact names, phone numbers, addresses and services. This information is used for a wide variety of purposes. Keeping these records current is of critical importance to your contract with DHS. DHS also relies on MPER contact information to send crucial messages to your organization on behalf of the DHS director.
Step 1. Contact the agency staff person in your office who has been assigned responsibility to make updates to agency records on the MPER.
Step 2. Provide updates to that person.
Step 3. Contact the DHS Help Desk at 412-350-HELP (4357) (option 2) with questions.
If you have any questions, please contact the MPER Project Team.
