Provides supportive services for male and female offenders to give them a second chance and to give their children a first chance. Services offered include: remedial education, GED preparation, skill training, job placement assistance, family therapy and other family services, case management assistance and pre-release counseling. The PROGRAM also offers both residential and non-residential alternatives to incarceration. 

Jail Collaborative 
Centered on reducing recidivism by focusing on treatment and services in the jail plus intensive support for exiting inmates.
