Housing For Former Jail and Prison Inmates

Persons who are reintegrating into their communities after spending time in incarceration can choose to be connected with temporary housing with/out services as they work toward independence.

Persons who are also in recovery from mental illness and/or substance use disorders have specialized programs available to help them advance their progress. Referrals to all of these programs are done prior to release and involve intensive case management.

For information about justice-related services programs for current inmates go here.
