Randolph W. Brockington serves as the Deputy Director of the Allegheny County Department of Human Services – Office of Administrative and Information Management Services which includes managing the department’s $800 million dollar budget, 350 contracts with community based service provider agencies, accounts payables, financial reports to 160 fund streams, human resources, payroll and training for 950+ employees, facilities management of eight office locations, fixed assets, information systems management for design, build, operations, maintenance and support of an estimated 20 software applications and over 8,000 systems users.
A graduate of Lincoln University, he also holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration and Finance from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public and International Affairs. In addition, he has been an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Pittsburgh’s Public Administration Program.
He is a former board member of the YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh and Pittsburgh Child Guidance Foundation. He is a graduate of Leadership Pittsburgh Class XI, a recipient of the Renaissance Publications Black Trail Blazers Award and New Pittsburgh Courier Men of Excellence.
