Allegheny Rx Card 

Allegheny County Rx is now available. 

This prescription discount card can be used by all residents and offers an average savings of 22% off the retail price of commonly prescribed drugs. The program is sponsored by the National Association of Counties (NACo) and is free to any Allegheny County resident regardless of age, income, or existing health coverage.

There are more than 300 participating pharmacies in Allegheny County. A national network of more than 60,000 participating retail pharmacies also will honor the NACo prescription discount card.

Residents can print a card and use it immediately at any participating pharmacy. Cards are also available at public County offices, libraries, senior centers, Family Support Centers, Head Start child care centers, Goodwill stores, and many pharmacies.
