Phase II will focus on improvements that include measures such as cooling tower and boiler replacements, along with correcting irregularities in the electrical operations. Measures are different at each location and have been determined based on an extensive, qualified engineering review. It will include the other three Kane Centers (Glen Hazel, Scott and McKeesport), the City-County Building, the County Office Building, the County Courthouse, Shuman Juvenile Detention Center and several of the Clack Center Buildings.
